Dontnod Entertainment have unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming RPG Vampyr – with the URL suggesting that it was set to debut at the PC Gaming Show on Monday night.

The trailer sets up the world of early 20th century London that protagonist Jonathan E. Reid finds himself in – he’s a doctor during the flu epidemic killing thousands, but he’s also been turned into a vampire.

If the trailer is anything to go by (and the previous games from the developer, which include Life Is Strange), choice is going to play a huge role in Vampyr. Jonathan will have to pick and choose who he kills to go on living.

The trailer also shows him in combat with a group of hunters, suggesting that his nighttime activities won’t go unnoticed in the game.

Vampyr is due for release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2o17.
