Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida has apparently confirmed that the upcoming Vlambeer developed game Nuclear Throne is coming to Playstation 4 this September. I say apparently because at the time he said it, he was suffering the effects of chowing down on a habanero pepper, and may have just been trying to say anything to make it stop. Video games, am I right?

For those not familiar, Hot Pepper Gaming is a YouTube channel that does a variety of video game coverage while their hosts and guests eat extremely hot peppers. At E3 they were interviewing Vlambeer’s Rami Ismail about Nuclear Throne, when Shu suddenly turned up halfway through and decided to join in the fun.

Nuclear Throne is currently available on PC via Steam Early Access, with Vlambeer aiming to have the game fully released by September, where it will be released on PS4 also. Unless it was all a habanero induced hallucination.
